Prepare a useful comparison
Calculation: setup + monthly expenses × 12 × years + annual expenses × years + exit. Monthly and annual items must be separate to avoid double counting.
Use the same currency, duration and consistent pricing basis for all offers. Group confirmed amounts from available documents into each item. Variable expenses, price increases and internal work need explicit treatment; the tool does not invent them. Currency specifies the input unit; no conversion is performed.
Ask what is delivered initially, what recurs monthly or annually and what must be paid or done to leave. An empty item remains unknown even when other costs are detailed. Keep the reference and date of documents supporting the figures.
