Training: check whether a programme fits your needs
A training page allows you to compare a program with a real need: entry level, objective, organization and evaluation mode. The volume of text does not replace the precision on what the participant will be able to practice.
These files describe preparation methods. They do not present customer achievements and do not replace the validation of information by the organization concerned.
All sectoral filesDescribe observable goals
Present the tasks worked and the prerequisites. Distinguish discovery, accompanied practice and expected autonomy. A general title like mastering digital is not enough to choose. Connect each objective to an activity or training deliverable, without promising an undemonstrated professional result.
Explain the organization
Indicate duration, rhythm, place or format remotely, necessary material and modalities announced by the organization. Distinguish confirmed sessions from forecast dates. For a layout, give a contact and a real procedure; Do not affirm that all needs can be met without examination.
Make the assessment readable
Explain how the participant receives feedback: exercise, project, observation or interview. A certificate of participation and a certification are not interchangeable. Mentions relating to a certification or financing must refer to official verified information and their precise scope.
Test the registration course
Simulate a request for information, a registration and a full session. The visitor must understand whether he has reserved a place or requested an application study. Check the actually needed parts and the transmission channel. Translated versions should keep the same prerequisites and conditions.
Hold a versioned program
Date the content changes and keep the version communicated for each session. When a module changes, update the page, the downloadable program and the responses sent. Identify the person who validates the objectives, dates and administrative statements.
Information to gather before writing
- Target audience and prerequisites
- Exercise-related objectives
- Confirmed duration and schedule
- Assessment methods
- Contact person for information and arrangements
For each item, keep the source, the person validating it and the language versions concerned. Missing information must become a question to solve, never a value invented to fill the page.
Frequently asked questions

Publish a provisional date?
Yes if her status is visible and if the visitor understands when it will be confirmed.
